Staying optimistic during a job transition is challenging. The more senior your position, the longer your search is likely to take with six months or more not out of the question. How do you go out there day after day with the energy you need to keep the worries at bay and a smile on your face? The science of positive psychology has much to offer in the way of strategies for thriving in the face of adversity.  In this workshop, you'll learn practical tools for maintaining a positive outlook during your job search.
