Code of Conduct in the Workplace

The "me too" movement, hiring undocumented, managing millennials, keeping pace with changes in payroll law…the headlines are full of horror stories of companies that have failed to develop open, supportive, work cultures.  How can the CFO learn to partner with the CEO to create a workplace in which people feel nurtured and supported, not fearful of other coworkers?  How can the CFO keep abreast of an increasing complex set of laws and rules guiding work culture.  How can the CFO be part of getting ahead of workforce compliance--to building workforce culture that creates competitive advantage?
