The objective of the presentation is to help people transform themselves into better leaders to improve their lives.  Presentation will define what Individual Leadership is and explore tools and concepts to define, plan & realize goals (both personal & Professional).  Additionally, we will explore how we define Success in our lives and how we strive to continuously make improvements through a trans formative mindset.

SPEAKER

 

Robert O'Connor, CPA, Associate Director, The Siegfried Group

As an Associate Director, Robert executes The Siegfried Group’s higher purpose by infusing leadership advisory into the Boston marketplace.  He works as a Trusted Business Advisor to create compelling relationships with leading financial executives to help them solve their most complex and critical issues.

 

Before joining the Siegfried Group, Robert started his career with Deloitte & Touché as an Audit Senior in their Financial Services assurance practice. He spent 4 years servicing premier Asset Management clients in the Greater Boston area, including Fidelity and MFS. 

 

As an active member in the Boston community, Robert participates in a variety of charitable organizations and serves as a junior member of Excel Academy’s Charter School Ambassador Counsel. 

 

 

 

 

 

Robert Goldfarb, Associate Director, The Siegfried Group

As an Associate Director, Robert supports The Siegfried Group’s continued growth and higher purpose through business development and leadership advisory in the Boston market.  He has been with Siegfried for nearly three years, advising financial executives and working with his clients to develop solutions to accomplish their goals. 

 

Robert has a degree in Finance & Marketing from the University of Delaware.  While at UD, he was a member of Theta Chi Fraternity. He’s currently training for the NYC Half Marathon coming up in March.

Financial Executives International (FEI) is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.

 

For FEI CPE credits, one credit hour equals 50 minutes according to NASBA guidelines. Some states boards may differ on how many minutes constitute a credit hour. Contact your state board for more information. Available in all State except those that do not accept web-based self-study credits. CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to receive a refund, all cancellations must be made in writing to karenr@feiboston.org 5:00 p.m. Friday, February 8, 2019. We will not refund any cancellations made after the 8th.
