Phil Holberton is an Executive Coach and a Chair with Vistage International, running CEO and CFO/KEY executive peer groups. He specializes in career, life, and business solutions and is focused on linking individual executive effectiveness to organizational performance.  His Chairing practice brings to its Members - Business Optimization, Leadership Enhancement, Resources and Learning and a forum that inspires Culture & Community.


Phil has more than two decades of experience in financial management, strategic planning, business development, operations, leadership development, and executive coaching for senior executives.  He has served as chief financial officer for several private and public companies including General Cinema Theatres, Cambridge NeuroScience, and Genome Therapeutics Corp., and he has held management positions at Becton Dickinson. He is a Certified Public Accountant and completed the advanced management program at Harvard Business School titled “Managing the Information Services Resources.” Throughout the course of his career, he has completed private and public financings of more than $500 million including a $389M exchangeable debt offering for Becton Dickinson.


As a longtime member of FEI, Phil was the Boston Chapter President in 1996


Phil lives in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire with his wife, Anne and their black lab – JB, an award-winning dock diving champion.  His three children are now out of the nest and with their families, he has five grandchildren.

Mike has served as the firm’s CEO since 2005. Since joining Weston & Sampson in 1985, Mike has been instrumental in the firm’s growth and expansion, which today has nearly 600 employees and offices along the East Coast. Mike has more than 30 years of experience with this highly regarded engineering firm that has been in business for over 100 years.


James Lundrigan – President Electronic Environments Inc.


Jim has 20+ years of experience in supporting and managing Design/Build and Service Operations for Electronic Environments’ Mission Critical clients. He is committed to “Continuous Process Improvement” strategies that generate from “big picture” thinking. He is an experienced executive accustomed to analyzing financial reporting and using data to communicate and manage resources to develop and meet budget/forecast goals.  He has a proven track record of coaching, mentoring and empowering team members to increase their value within the organization.


Jim assumed the Presidency of the Company on January 1, 2016 and has quickly learned the importance of having a high performing CFO at his side.


Jim lives in Walpole with his wife, Marisa and their 7-year-old son.
