About This Event

Please join us for our program on Recruiters.  Our panel includes veteran recruiters Brian Bednarek from Addison Group, John Bresnahan from Robert Half, Brian Greene from Fenway Search Group, and Richard Pooley from Heidrick & Struggles.

They will discuss their industry both retained and contingent, the 2018 market outlook in the Boston area, where recruiters should fit into an FEI member’s search strategy, how and when FEI members can and should establish relationships with recruiters, skills that clients are asking for, how best to work with recruiters, tips on resumes and interviewing, tricks that recruiters use to learn from, etc.

This evening will benefit not only those in-transition, but also keeping your knowledge and contacts fresh in regards to recruiters as a key for those of you “in-between” searches.  It’s a perfect time in this new year to establish relationships, learn about the market and think about your next career steps.
