Mindset for Career Success Presentation

What is your current mindset? Is your mindset allowing you to achieve your greatest potential? In this interactive presentation, Stephanie Scoleri and Kristy Gonsalves from FEI sponsor Siegfried Group will help you to accelerate your own personal and professional growth by developing an appreciation and awareness of your mindset today and what is needed in the future to attain your personal and professional goals.

 

 

 

Stephanie Scolerioler

 

As a Director, Stephanie leads The Siegfried Group’s initiatives in leadership advisory for the Boston market.  She has been with Siegfried for four years, advising financial executives and working with her clients developing solutions to accomplish the goals of the Company.  While at Siegfried, she also worked in recruiting and employee development. Stephanie has a degree in Marketing, Management, and a minor in Psychology from the University of Delaware.  While at UD, she was a member of the Chi Omega Fraternity.  She is also pursuing a Masters in Organizational Psychology. In her free time, Stephanie enjoys riding her horse, Reegan, as well as training young horses.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Kristy Gonsalves, CPA

 

 

 

As an Associate Director, Kristy supports The Siegfried Group’s continued growth and higher purpose through business development and leadership advisory in the Boston market.  She works as a Trusted Business Advisor to create compelling relationships with leading financial executives and to help them solve their most complex and critical issues in the business place. Kristy started her career with Ernst & Young as an external auditor. She spent 6 years servicing her clients in the insurance industry, primarily Liberty Mutual and FM Global. Kristy is active in the Boston community. Each year, she participates in the Pan-Mass Challenge, a 190-mile bike race across Massachusetts to raise money for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute and The Jimmy Fund. She spent years dancing for DanceWorks Boston and performed at the NFL’s kickoff game after the Patriots won the 2015 Super Bowl.
